I work with teams that are skilled but struggling with misalignment, friction, or unclear ways of working. Sometimes teams want to get to know each in the service of high performance.

A practical framework for increasing self-awareness and reducing unhealthy conflict.

The Enneagram is used as a tool to help individuals and teams understand patterns of behaviour, stress responses, and communication styles.

In organisational settings, this leads to:

  • More effective collaboration

  • Reduced misunderstanding and reactive conflict

I work as a delivery partner to training companies and programme designers, providing structured, repeatable interventions that plug seamlessly into leadership and development programmes
