about me
I’m a coach and facilitator working primarily in organisational contexts, supporting leaders and teams to navigate complexity with greater clarity and effectiveness. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, team dynamics, and embodied presence. Clients value my calm, grounded approach and my ability to work productively with challenging conversations and real-world constraints.
I bring depth without drama, structure without rigidity, and a strong focus on outcomes that matter.
I was born in Johannesburg and educated with a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Natal in Pietermaritzburg. In my 20's I travelled to many parts of the world, exploring new places on horseback, on SCUBA and working for wealthy yacht owners. I met diverse people and learned a great deal about myself. On my return to South Africa, I chose to work as a Camp Manager in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve where my love of the African bush was born. In 2006 I was introduced to the world of coaching and never looked back.
My coaching style is drawn from a combination of training (Results Coaches) and my own life experiences and is defined by my curiosity about life and business. I have spent over 1000 hours coaching people since 2006.
I have been involved in the design and facilitation of 2 leadership development programmes and enjoy the long-term partnerships that have developed with my clients. I am also the mother of an incredible teenage son.
