I first met Debbie when she was appointed by our company to take us through the Enneagram process. If your team hasn’t gone through this Enneagram process, you should – it’s fantastic! In addition to the Enneagram process being a challenging and rewarding experience, Debbie’s handling of the program and the group dynamics was fantastic. She facilitated the much needed debate without allowing the ‘bullshit’ that some of us might like to throw into the debate to deflect attention from our stuff. She kept us accountable for our contribution to both our personal take-outs as well as demanding a healthy contribution to the group process.

Having met during the above process, and seeing something positive in the way Debbie went about facilitating the process, I engaged Debbie in my personal capacity to assist me in dealing with some work challenges. Debbie held me accountable, together with some self-reflection, that really made a difference in my understanding of the changes we were trying to achieve and the actions required to make those changes happen.

As with the Enneagram process, while working one on one with Debbie, she demonstrated a keen ability to facilitate my understanding of what the issues were and to challenge me to change the way I thought about and approached these issues. With Debbie’s support and guidance I now have much greater clarity of purpose and an understanding of how best to go about dealing with the challenges that get thrown at us on a daily basis, not only work related challenges, but challenges in my everyday life! Thank you Debbie!

Debbie and I had a particularly complementary and reciprocal relationship.  My desire to try new things was complemented by Debbie’s ability to help me not get too hung up with getting everything done perfectly.  Debbie offered me a source of pleasure and enjoyment in my growth - with practical and productive ways of being present, being inspired, taking opportunities as they present themselves and making things happen!  Thank you Debbie for helping me to grow!
