Leadership Coaching
Leadership can be isolating. The higher the responsibility, the fewer places there are to think out loud, test ideas, or explore what’s really getting in the way.
I work with leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness, especially in complex or high-pressure environments.
This work is suited to leaders who:
-
Are navigating increased responsibility or transition
-
Feel stretched, reactive, or overloaded
-
Want to improve influence, presence, or decision-making
-
Care about results and how those results are achieved
How the coaching works
Coaching sessions are structured, reflective, and focused on real leadership challenges. We work with what’s happening now (not generic leadership models) and identify practical shifts that can be applied immediately.
Where useful, I draw on frameworks such as the Enneagram to deepen insight and accelerate change.
Coaching Circles
These are group coaching sessions where participants who typically don’t work together, come together around shared challenges. Often used in leadership development programmes, they create space to pause, reflect, and integrate learning. Groups of around six people foster meaningful conversation, mutual support, and accountability, strengthening both the learning experience and a sense of belonging. They are up to 2 hours long and usually virtual.
typical outcomes
-
Clearer thinking and stronger decision-making
-
Increased confidence and leadership presence
-
Better boundary-setting and reduced overwhelm
-
More effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences, and failing to achieve anything useful.
